A SOCIAL EVENING.

Tlio Association of tho Men of Kent, and Kentish Men hclrl its monthly social at tho Fabian Club rooms, Queen Street, this week, a large gathering being present. The president, Mr. J. A. Leonard, after welcoming tho gathering, said the Christmas tree and party for children of members was a great success, arid a picnic to Islington Bay held recently was very much enjoyed. An interesting programme was presented by 2SIr. G. Baker, and alter supper had been served dancing took place. Tho accompanist was Mr. Aspinwall. Among those present were : —Mrs. J.
