VICTORIA CRUISING CLUB. ANNUAL REGATTA TO-MORROW. ENTRIES AND HANDICAPS. The Victoria. Cruising Club will hold its annual regatta to-morrow afternoon. Good entries have been received in all centreboard classes. In tho race for keel yachts, however, there were insufficient entries to justify the club putting on a race for this class. The launch Loew Victor will act as flagship and will be moored off the Western Reclamation, nil events starting and finishing between the tlagslup and the reclamation. The officials in charge of tho racing will be:—Starter, Mr. O. Johnson; judge, Mr. E. Griffiths; timekeepers, Messrs. Johnson and J. McGehan. Tho courses are as follows: Launches.—From starting lino off Western Reclamation to Sandspit mark, thence round Bona buoy to finishing line, all marks on port hand. 11, L and N Classes.—From starting lino round Resolution buoy on port hand, thence round White Light in liangitoto Channel on starboard hand, thence back round Resolution buoy on starboard hand, theme round black buoy off Birkenhead on starboard bund and finish at starting line. V, S, T. X and Y Classes. —From storting line off Western Reclamation to Rono buoy on starboard hand, thence round mark in Shoal Bay on starboard hand and across to Watchman on port hand, thenco round flagship on port hand; twice round. CHAMPIONSHIP HACKS. The Manukau Yacht and Motor Boat Club wjil hold it 3 annual regatta and championship races to-morrow afternoon. Folio wine uro tho racing details:— Open Championship for Yachts.—To start oil clubhouse at 2.30 p.m. All boats must start with anchors and headeails down. Entries: Drone. Daphne. Aoma, Champagne. 18-Foot Championship for Yachts.—-This race will be sailed in conjunction with the Open Championship, starting at 2.30 p.m. Entries: Champagne, Drone. Daphne. The course for both events is tho ono used for championship races. 11-Foot Chafripionship for Yachts.—Start off clubhouse at 2.45 p.m., over No. 1 harbour course. Entries: Sea Gnome. Betty, Nyria,' Shirley. A General Handicap for yachts not competing in championship events will be held in conjunction with the 14ft. championship. Tho entries and handicaps are: Drone, scr: Daphne. 7m; Miss Mac I3m: Betty, 14m: Nyria, Aotea, 16m; Shirley, 20m: Wild Wave, 21m; Almira. Mist Maid 26m; Sea Toiler, 27m: Patricia. 35m. The championship for the 12ft. 6in. class of boats will be held under tho direction of Messrs. A. Coates and J. Jeffs, and will start at 2.15 p.m. The Speedboat Championship of the Manukau will start at 4 p.m., the course being as follows:—Start between clubhouse and buoy moored west, tlienco round dolphin off wharf, tlienco round mark off Taylor's Bay, thence round buoy off clubhouse, three times round. On the last round competitors must travel from mark off Taylor's Bay round dolphin off end of wharf, keepins this mark on port side when turninc. thence to. finishing li.no between the clubhouse and buoy moored west. The entries are: Miss Norma. Spot 111.. To lvoa. Miss Manukau. In addition, a novelty race for launches will bo held.
