DEATH OF JAPANESE.
ACCUSED AT HONOLULU. PLEA OF NOT GUILTY. HONOLULU, Feb. 5. Mrs. Fortescue, Lieutenant F. Massie and two sailors, who are accused of the murder of a Japanese youtJi, pleaded not guilty in Court to-day. 'lho fixing of tlio date of the trial has been deferred for a week. Counsel for the defence said the trial probably would be delayed three or lour weeks, awaiting the arrival of Major Fortescue.
