VICE-REGAL TOUR.

KAIKQHE SHOW VISITED. [BY TELEGKAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. J PAIHIA, Sunday. The Governor-General, Lord Bledislee, paid an unofficial visit to the Kaikolre Show yesterday, being received by Mr. W. Pole, the president of the Kaikoba A. and P. Association. Lord Bledisloe remarked on the gon.i showing of Jerseys and particularly on a fine mare in the cart-horse class. ; A display of steer-riding by Maori bavs added excitement to the programme'. His Excellency said he was pleased to sed such a good attendance of the Maori* from the surrounding districts. The return journey to Paihia was made by way of Pakaraka, where the old Williams homestead was seen. To-day the vice-Regal party attended divine service iu the Memorial Church at Paihia.
