DON'T NEGLECT THE NECK.
Soft warm water is best for washing the face and neck—for the neck must never be neglected if one would be beautiful. Soap, of a pure, super-fatted well-known variety, should be used only once a day, at bedtime, if at ail. It 1 must be thoroughly rinsed off, and the face then splashed with clean cold water. A good massage cream, gently rubbed in, will further improve the skin. Powder should never be allowed to remain on all night, because the skin needs ample time to breathe.
