FINES ON FOUR CHARGES. Four charges of failing (o furnish returns of income were preferred against Ernest James Moss, golf professional, in (ho Police. Court yesterday, before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M. The prosecution staled Moss had caused tlio department a great deal of trouble, and repeated demands had to be made.
