The healing continued until late in the evening, and at the conclusion of the evidence each pleaded not guilty and wai committed for trial. Counsel sought that Thomas Brewer's bail should be renewed at £4OO, as was fixed before last, week's remand, b«t the police objected in view of certain happening's that dav of which they had became aware- The Court increased Thomas Brewer's bad to £IOOO. the same as that of his brother.
