There are no local rates at Palm Beach. The Hospital and Charitable Aid Board collects a small annual rate which would amount to 1/- or 1/6 on each of these Sections. Sections in this part of Waiheke have been rapidly taken up, and only a few are now available, so that, even if you do not wish to build, the Sections we are offering are attractive because of their prospective value.
