UNIVERSITY CLUB'S RACES. MEETING AT THE DOMAIN. In spite of the unfavourable conditions good fields contested the events held by the Auckland University College Amateur Athletic Club at the Domain last evening. All events were keenly contested, several finishes earning applause from a very fair attendance of spectators. Results were as follows: 220 Yds. PAPATOETOE CLUB'S EVENTS. The Papatoetoe Amateur Athletic and Cycle Club held its first points nieeting for (he presidents trophy in the Papatoetoe Recreation Grounds. Entries for all events were good and fine racing resulted. N. Pinfold, with a win and a second, leads in points with 8. R. McKenz-.e being Becond with 6. Results were as follows: 100 Yards Handicap.—S. Lusby, 10yds, 1; N. Munro, 10yds. 2; R. McKenzie, syds, 3. Won by two feet. Time. 10 3-ss. 440 Yards Handicap.—J. Silvester, 4yds, I: R.
