THEFT AT GIRLS' SCHOOL.

PURSE AND MONEY STOLEN. . The theft of a purse and £2 10s in money, the property of Lucy Grace Hutton, and 6s in money, the property of Mabel Freeman, from the Epsom Girls' Gramjnar School on October 9, was admitted by Albert Towscr, aged 26, welder, in ■the Police Com t yesterday, before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M. Detective Sergeant Kelly said accused yWent to the school looking for work. He entered a room, and stole the money. It was a particularly mean theft. Accused, who was remanded for a week for sentence, said ho could make restitution.
