COMMITTEE DELIBERATIONS. MEETING ON JANUARY 28. (Received January 20, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON", Jan. 19. The Viceroy of India, Viscount Willingdon, has issued invitations to members of the Round-Table Consultative Committee to meet on January 28 at New Delhi. When the franchise, federal, finance and States inquiry committees, which will shortly begin work in India, have made their recommendations, this working committee, which is representative of practically al.i shades of Indian opinion, will be brought into consultation upon them before the final conclusions are adopted by the Government.
