SNOW IN SCOTLAND.
- Winter sports organised. COLD EXPECTED IN ENGLAND. (Received December CO. 5.">5 p.m.) British Wirelea*. BUG BY, Dei . 2*?. The warm leather experienced recently is not likely to continue. Although snow has not yet been predicted for England, it, fell heavily in parts of Scotland to-day. At several Highland centres preparations arc in train ioi' winter sports. The Prime Minister, Mr. Mac Donald, who is st;!l at Lossiemouth, motored this morning about 25 miles to the neighbouring golf course, but could not play owing to the snow.
