HORSE TRAINER'S LEGACIES
CONDITIONS IN A WILL. TO KEEP THREE RACERS. Should John Aloysius Donohoe, wellknown horse-trainer, fail to keep three horses in training under his own supervision, he will lose certain benefits under the will of his mother, Mrs. Kate Josephine Donohoe, says a. Sydney newspaper. Land adjoining the testator's home, Cavan House. Kensington, on which are erected stables that have housed many notable performers belonging to big owners, she directed in her will should be set aside for the use and occupation of J. A. Donohoe on the condition quoted. Donohoe trains, among other racers, that, good performer Dermid. Mrs. Donohoe, who died on June 12, aged 65, left an estate sworn at £17,120. Another son, William Donohoe, is given the uso of Cavan House for five years. The residue of the estate is to be divided equally among the five sons.
