THE MIKADO.
At His Majesty's Theatre to-night J. C. Williamson's Gilbert and Sullivan company will present a revival of the delightful Japanese comic opera, "The Mikado." It is packed with brilliantly clever musical numbers, some romantic and many of them extremely humorous, and the dialogue presents the wit of W. S. Gilbert at its very best. The characters will be presented by the full strength of the company, including Leo Darnton as Nanki Poo. Mr. Ivan Menzies as Ko Ko, Mr. Gregory Stroud as Pish Tush, Mr. John Byrne as Fooh-Bah, Mr. Bernard Manning as the. Mikado of Japan, Miss Mario Breniner as Yum Yum.Miss Mary ]b>lham as Pitli-Sing, Miss Nancy Home as Peep-80, and Miss Evelyn Gardiner as Katisha.
