BRUTAL ASSAULT.
HEADMISTRESS ATTACKED. MOTIVE OF ROBBERY LIKELY. (Received December 6, 5.; i p.m.) DELHI, Dec. A European woman, the headmistress of the Tundla railway school, near Cawnpore, was brutally assaulted by five unknown Indians while slio was having dinner. Sho was admitted to hospital in a precarious condition. It is believed that robbery was the motive for the outrage.
