OUTCRY IN PARIS.
RESENTMENT AT SPEECH. BITTER PRESS OPINIONS. (Received December G, 5.5 p.m.) PARIS, Dec. 5. Most of the newspapers are incensed at Mr. Walter Runciman's outspoken speech in the House of Commons. They aro generally of the opinion that tho speech has compromised tho success of the Anglo-French trade negotiations. It is even a question whether it is worth while sending a French delegation.
