WHITHER AWAY?
,Where are you going, oh little black bee ? To the wild rose that grows by the way, With her petals of pink and her honey for me, She waits 'neath the white hedge of may. Where are you going, oh little brown bird ? To the nest in the green willow tree, Where the rustic of spring the young leaves has stirred, My lover is waiting for me. Where are you going, oh little grave boy ? To the shore and the warm golden sand, Where a little blue figure is dancing with joy, Waving her small, eager hand.
