JAPANESE USE AEROFI.ANES. BRITISH OFFICIAL'S REPORT. PEKING. Sept.. 27. Definite confirmation of the report that Japanese aeroplanes are using machineguns against passenger trains evacuating civilian refugees from Mukden is furnished in a report to the British Consul-General at Tientsin by Mr. Thomson. general manager of the Peking-Muk-den railway.
