| MR. MacDONALD IN LONDON. | LEADERS GOING TO CHEQUERS. j (Received September 27. 7.13 p.m.) LONDON. Sept 26. The Prime Minister. Mr. Mac Donald. rej turned to London yesterday after a short j holiday in the country which greatly rej freshed him. j Mr. Mac Donald attended the House of j Commons in the afternoon and a meeting of the Cabinet was held in his room, j Afterwards he left for Chequers, where j ho will spend the week-end. I Ifc is understood that it has been arranged that Mr. Mac Donald, Mr. Baldwin and Sir Herbert Samuel shall confer at Chequers to-morrow.
