WEEK IN PENNSYLVANIA. WITHDRAWAL OF DEPOSITS. (Received September '27. 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK. Sept. 2*. Five more small State hanks in Pennsylvania have been taken over by the State Banking Department. Ten banks have been closed this week as the result of heavy withdrawals.
