REPORTS OF MANAGERS. Mount Tokatea Mineral Fertiliser Company (Coromandel).—The secretary reports that a leader on the footwall of the main Tokatea reef has been found by Mr. W. H. Madill 100 ft. east and about 500 ft. north of the junction of the two reefs. The ore has been assayed and found to contain both gold and silver. The tunnel in the liangingwall of the main reef has now been driven 55ft., and it is hoped when a further 100 ft. are driven that it will reach the junction of the two reefs, when the footwall of one and the hangingwall of the other will be worked.
