SUBMARINE NAUTILUS.
ORDER FOR RETURN MADE. UNABLE TO CROSS ATLANTIC. OSLO. Sept. 24. Professor H. U. Sverdrup, who was a member of the Nautilus expedition, says Sir Hubert Wilkins has now been ordered to deliver the submarine to the United States, but, she is unable to cross the Atlantic under her own power. Professor Sverdrup is of opinion that the Nautilus is fit only for sinking or breaking up. The submarine was leased by the American Government to Sir Hubert; Wilkins at a nominal sum for five years.
