HOUSE AND LORRIES BURNED.
NOTHING SAVED FROM FLAMES.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. J TAIHAPE, Friday.
A six-roomed house at Mataroa, six miles north of Taihape, owned by Mrs. Karam, of Raurimu, and occupied by Mr. C. Wright St. Clair, was destroyed by fire at 2.30 this morning. Nothing was saved. Two motor-lorries parked
near the house were also destroyed. They were the property of Mr. Wright St. Clair.
