NEW HAIR FASHION.
The new " bowler " hat for women, worn over the right eye, has been causing the Parisian hairdressers furiously to think. In these days of shorter hair and skilful methods of airliner, the space under the rim on the left side of the head gives them a chance of displaying tlicir craft, of which they have been quick to take advantage, we are told.
