ONE'S COMPLEXION.
TOO MUCH TEA. Beauty, especially in regard to one's complexion, is largely influenced by what one eats and drinks, especially the latter. Indigestion is the greatest enemy to a clear, smooth skin, and blackheads and pimples, blotches and enlarged pores are invariably due to errors of diet, and can often be completely cured by choosing the right food and drink without any other treatment whatever. Few women take sufficient liquid to keep them in perfect health and to preserve and beautify the complexion. too little-liquid results in a dry skin, and dryness of the skin always induces an unbecoming crop of wrinkles quite early in life. At least two quarts of liquid should be taken every clay, and this amount must not be largely composed of tea. Too much tea drinking is responsible for many a muddy complexion and almost every "case of indigestion among women. /
