BELGIAN INSTITUTIONS. SUPPORT FOR SECURITIES. BRUSSELS. Sept. 22. The leading banks have formed a consortium with a capita] of £6,000,000 to prevent a slump in Belgian securities. ACTION IN HOLLAND. HELP FOR STOCKBROKERS. AMSTERDAM, Sept. 22. The hankers have formed a syndicate to put funds at the disposal of stockbrokers, to facilitate the opening of new accounts, in order to re-establish normal conditions.
