[from oub, own cohrespoxdenx. ] MATAMATA, Wednesday. -' "" The second annual sale of pedigree bulla' under the auspices of the Matamata JerseyClub was held yesterday, when there was a large attendance of Waikato buyers. The? sale was conducted by the Farmers' Co-, ~ operative Auctioneering Company, Limited; and 117 lots were listed, practically all of--wilich were passed by the selection committee. Seventy-five entries changed, hands '■ under the hammer, - realising a total of.; £lll4, an average o! £l4 17s. The aged bulls averaged £l6 Ids, two-year-olds £l9 15s, and yearlings £l3 15a. The 29 best t yearlings averaged £IS. and the 25 best two-year-olds averaged £2O Bs. _ Top price for the sale, 33 guineas, wa» paid by Mr. A. H. Lambourxie. Peria. Matamata. for the two-year-old bull Ladylike ■ Winner, on account of Mr. R. S. Tuck. Waharoa, and five other lots realised mors, than £3O.
