PAPATOETOE FORESTERS.
ANNIVERSARY DANCE. Tito anniversary dance of the Papatoetoe Lodge of tlie Order of Foresters was held in the Town Hall, Papatoetoe, last week, when visitors were present from numerous city and suburban sister lodges. The hall was effectively decorated with greenery and red and green streamers and an excellent programme was arranged under the direction of Mr. H. White. Messrs. W. Wood and I. Wilson were the judges of a waltzing competition, which was won by Miss 0. Scandlyn and Mr. T. J. Bell. Monte Carlo waltzes were won by Mrs. E. Graham and Mr. R. Murphy, Miss E. Thomas and Mr. E. Hutchins. Among those present were: —Mrs. I. M. Wilson, Mrs. J. Jackson, Mrs. L. Roberts, Mrs. A. Mclntyre, Mrs. W. H. Wood. Mrs. Graham, Mrs. S. Blackwell, Mrs. L. Martin, Mrs. R. Marshall, Mrs. R. Cunningham, Miss Robinson. Miss A. Wilierton, Miss K. Hampton, Miss Taylor, Miss Burrill, Miss Trail, Miss Marshall, Miss Miller, Miss Donelan, Miss li. Thomas, Miss G. Billington, Miss M.
