11l recognition of his efforts in establishing a free public library at Frankton, the Fraukton Library • Committer has presented Mr. C. J. W. Barton with an arm-chair. The Mayor of Hamilton, Dr. F. D. Pinfold, presided over a good attendance, which included members of the Borough Council and the Library Committee. Dr. Pinfold said it W3J largely due to Mr. Barton's keen interest that Frankton was now provided with * very fine public library.
