AUSTRIAN REVOLT.
FASCISTS GO SCOT FREE. I INDIGNATION IN COUNTRY. (Received September 15, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 14. The Vienna correspondent of the Daily Herald says the country is seething with indignation because the Fascist revolutionaries were allowed to disband scot free, even to restore their rifles, ammunition and machine-guns to their hiding places. On the other hand, the public officials who aided and connived at the revolt have been dismissed.
