WAR DEBTS PROBLEM.
WORK FOR MR. MacDONALD. SUGGESTION IN NEWSPAPER. LONDON. Sept. 13. The News of the World forecasts that after the immediate crisis has passed it is very probable that Mr. Mac Donald will accept the Ambassadorship at Washington with special powers to deal with the war debts question.
