Iletuniiiij.; lute yesterday afternoon to his homo in Manchester Street, J'elone. the occupier found a hoarder, Roland Towiisend Bin-fool, lying dead with his throat cut and a razor beside the body. Bin-foot, who was unemployed, was a single man 50 years of age, and had boarded at the same house from time to time for the past 10 years.
