RISKING DISASTER.
CANADIAN MUNICIPALITIES. BUSINESS MEN'S WARNING. OTTAWA, Sept. It, A message from Regina, Saskatchewan, states that at the convention of the Canadian Chambers of Commerce a warning was uttered that Canadian municipalities are risking disaster by excessive borrowing and unnecessary expenditure. The Government was urged to take steps to end the duplication of railway services by. some system of joint control.
