WRESTLING.
WALKER-PASHA TO-NIGHT. The most scientific nnd probably the most spectacular wrestling contest of the season should be seen in the meeting at the Tov.n Hall to-night of George Walker nnd Kara Pasha, and that this has been fully recognised by local enthusiasts has been shown by the rush on reserved seats. Both men have realised that it will be a hard match, in which the peak of physical fitness will be necessary, and thc-y have spared no effort in getting into first-class condition. Pasha is confident that he can avoid Walker's dumping tactics and believes his science will do the rest. Walker is always confident, and. although ho anticipates a hard struggle, he believes the decision will again come his way. During the week partisan feelinc has been high, but wheover wins will know (hat ho has been in a hard match, which should give the public all it craves in wrestlins and thrills.
