PROPOSED DUNEDIN COMPANY SOUTH ISLAND AND AUSTRALIA. [BY TELEGRAPH.—FR.ESS ASSOCIATION.] DUNEDIN. Thursday. Arrangements are being made for the flotation of a big company, with headquarters in Dunedin, to run a regular shipping service between (he South Island and Australian ports. It is proposed that the company, which is expected to be floated early in the new year at the latest, will place two liners on the run, several suitable ones being available immediately. The company hopes to employ a staff of 600 on the ships and at the shore depots.
