John Ritson, has been filled by tho appointment of tho Rev. John Robinson Temple, a member of the English Wesloyan Church. He was for 11 years a missionary in South China, and for two years a chaplain in France. He will bo a colleague of the Rev. A. H. Wilkinson, who now takes charge of the department, which includes New Zealand.
