HOBDAY CUP COMPETITION.

VICTORY FOR MASONIC CLUB

The annual bowling match between teams representing the Masonic Club and the Commercial Travellers and Warehousemen 8 Association was played yesterday at the Remuera Club's green. The Masonic Club was successful after a keen contest by 99 points to 97. The visitors were welcomed to the green by Mr. L. W. McGlasham president of the Commercial Travellers Club, which was the challenger for the day. At the closo of the match Mr. £l. 1. Hobday presented to the winners the cup. which he had donated for the competition some years ago.' Mr. H. M. Gill accepted the cup on behalf of the Masonic Club, which tvill hold it for the ensuing year...
