SCHNEIDER CUP RACE.
PREPARATIONS FOR EVENT. PRINCE OF WALES TO ATTEND. (Received September 1, 7.5 p.m.) British Wireless. RUGBY, Aucust 31. It is generally belioved that Italy, as well as France, will compete in the Schneider Cup race. The weather conditions at Calshot for the last five days have made it impossible for the members of tho British team to obtain any practice, but it is anticipated that they will be able to resume to-day. Tho Prince of Wales intends to. watch tho contest. Arrangements have been completed to accommodate the great crowds of spectators expected to attend.
