ATHENIAN CLUB.

Miss Joy Murray, Miss 0. Wilson, Mr. Arthur Began and Mr. A. Roberts were hostesses and hosts at the Athenian Club's evening held in the Amateur Operatic Society's hall on Saturday. The programme was entitled "An Arctic Night," and the stage setting was successfully carried out to represent a scene in Alaska. The items, which included musical, vocal and instrumental numbers, were given by Mr. Stan. Pritchard, Mrs. Norman Day, Mr. Norman Day, Mr. Rex Yates, Miss Molly Atkinson, and Sir. George Tollerton. The dance music was played by Mr. Clem. Mason's Internationals.
