units for the manufacture of commodities under their own trademarks and patents. Alternatively, some Canadian factories are prepared to provide floor space on rental terms where British firms may manufacture their products with specialised machinery transplanted bodily from Great Britain.

The facilities offered apply, among others, to heavy machinery, steel, petrol engines, agricultural machinery, stone and marble cutting implements, automobile accessories, conveyor systems, garden furniture, electric clocks and alarms, and knitwear.
