AUCKLAND FRENCH CLUB.
Another delightful musical programme arranged by Mrs. J. J. Sullivan was given at the French Club last night. Enjoyable violin solos wero given by Mr. John Uulme; French and Italian operatic numbers by Mrs. Sullivan and Mr. Wilbraliain; pianoforte solos, Miss G. Eraser; dance numbers, Miss P. Ruane; and French reading by Mr. P. Ardcrn. All the items received well-merited encores. The second half of the programme was an interesting French play entitled "La Olorieuso Incertitude," produced by Mr. D Faigan The following took partiMisses Joy Hartley, Audrey Alison and Messrs. Siiverwood and Faigan. r l he play was excellently portrayed and concluded a:i attractive evening.
