FATAL FALL FROM TREE.
DEATH OF ELDERLY MAN. A verdict of accidental death was returned by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., coroner, at the adjourned inquest yesterday afternoon concerning the death of Mr. Thomas Jenkins, aged 71, who died in the Auckland Hospital on August 13. Deceased received fatal injuries when he lell from a tree while cutting firewood at Palm Beach, Waiheke, on August 10.
