Kiddies are for ever falling down and catting their knees or hands. This firsttip is worth remembering: — >■ If you wish to loosen a crust from a ,cut oj. gra. Z e before applying a healing fobtment, make a starch poultice in the following way:— Mis four Tablespoonf u1 s of starch with ;«oid water, and then pour on a pint of j'Moflinc water, stirring ail the time. Add a taWespoonfu] of boracic powder, and continue to stir until the whole jellies. Spread about J.in. thick on a piece of htten, place over the scab, acd bandage place.
