DANCE AT TE AWAMUTU.
The Te Awamutu Plunket Society's dance on Wednesday evening comfortably filled the Town Hall and the function proved very The society's .funds will benefit materially. Excellent music was provided by the Te Awamutu Orchestra and extras by, Miss J. Manson, Messrs. W. -Corboy, E. H. Holmes and J. Papesch. The society's president, Mrs. J. Oliphant, was assisted by an energetic committee in attending to the pleasure of the many guests, and an excellent supper was served. Among those present were: Mesdames J.-Oliphant, 0. G. Downes, J.
