AIRMAN NEAR MANILA.
MR. CHI CHESTER'S FLIGHT. (Keccived July 15, 12.25 a.m.) MANILA, July U. Mr. F. C. Chichester landed at Ormoc, Leyte Island, in the Philippines, yesterday on his flight to Japan. Mr. Chichester was unable to take off from Ormoc in time to reach Manila this afternoon, but he has arrived at Masbate, 200 miles southward of Manila, and will reach Manila to-morrow. '
