TWO CARS COLLIDE.

SEVERAL OCCUPANTS HURT.

ACCIDENT IN A FOG. Several persons were injured, none seriously, when two motor-cars met in a head-on collision on the Rangiriri School Hill on Sunday evening. There was a thick fog at the time. One of the cars, which was owned and driven by Mr. F. Duffy, of Hamilton, was extensively damaged and the other vehicle, which was owned by Mr. Hanson Abel and driven by Mr. E. L. Bartleet, of Auckland, also suffered considerably. In the car driven by Mr. Bartleet were Mr. Abel, Mr. Alan Donald and Mr. R. Sellar. Mr. Bartleet received a. deep cut on a leg, bruises and shock and was conlined to his bed yesterday. Mr. Abel, who suffered a fracture of a rib, bruises and shock, and Mr. Donald, who was cut on the head, were taken to a private hospital. Mr. Sellar received a knee injury. The occupants of Mr. Duffy's car were cut- by flying glass and bruised.
