SPANIARDS APATHETIC. BULL-FIGHTS MORE POPULAR. (Received July 13, 7.35 p.m.) MADRID, July 12. The first Parliament in Spain Bince 1924 is to be opened to-morrow, but Spaniards to-day were more interested in carrying two bull-fighters, Palmeno and Radio, shoulder-high four miles to the bullring in the centre of the city.
