The Directors have decided to make reactions in prices to the extent of £14,000 per annum, thus passing on to the public the full extent of the cut. A reduction in the price of gas of 3d per 1000 cubic feet beyond the first 1000 cubic feet consumed per month on each meter will be made as from August 1 next. To authorise The Auckland Harbour Board to lease to The Auckland ElectricPower Board Part Lot 1, Block 21. Mechanics Bay Reclamation, as a site for extensions to Power Station. 5. To authorise The Auckland Harbour Board to lease to tho Corporation of the Norfhcoto Borough, for recreation purposes, Ouepoto Basin, in Shoal Bay. comprising approximately forty-four and one-half acres. 6 To authorise the Corporation of tho lakapuna Borough to lease to The Auckland Harbour Board, for the purpose of a Control Station for Rangitoto Beacon, an area of land at the seaward end of St, Leonard's Koad, in the Borough of Takapuna.
