Sir, —I am a member of the Waterside Workers' Union, and day after day I wait on the wharf for a, job, but ship after ship the same workers have the call. Rationing is not, as we . expected, the order of the day in theso days of distress. Some receivo regular wages, while others are •forced to appeal to charily. Could not something be done by the authorities to remedy this unfairness ? Ration.
