TOMATO JAM.
Take boiling water and pour on the tomatoes and pe'el, and then cut in half and put-a little sugar on, and leave overnight. Pour off all the water next morning. Add flb._ of sugar to each lib. of tomatoes; add juice of one lemon, and boil until bright and clear.
